Custom Military-Themed Can Holder

I'm looking for a 3D CAD designer to help make my son's product idea come to life. We are wanting help with generating a .stl file he can use with his Bambu P1S +AMS printer. He wants to make a custom energy drink can holder to be used on desks for the student fighter pilots at our base.

Requirements:
- Material: Plastic (PLA)
- Design: Military style, preferably pilot-themed (he has a few ideas he wants specifically incorporated, but he and I are also open to a professional's concepts. The file also needs to have options for different/multiple color ways to work with his AMS printer. My son does intend to market this towards the student pilots, so we would also like the license with the files.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with custom plastic designs
- Strong understanding of military-themed aesthetics
- Ability to create functional yet stylish desk accessories
