Custom 3D Metal Wallet Design

I already have a clear vision for a slim, leather-look metal wallet and now need a precise 3D model that turns that idea into manufacturable reality. The body must be metal, yet the outer surfaces should visually echo premium leather grain. Internally, I want two separate compartments that together hold at least 8–9 cards, with integrated RFID-blocking and enough tolerance so cards slide out smoothly but stay secure when the wallet is closed.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A fully detailed CAD model (STEP or SolidWorks preferred) suitable for CNC machining or metal injection moulding, including all parting lines, draft angles and hardware call-outs.
• High-quality renders that showcase the texture, colour, and overall form so I can review aesthetics before tooling begins.
• An exploded or section view that illustrates how the RFID-blocking layer is incorporated and how the two card-stacking sections fit together.

I’ll share exact dimensions and a few rough sketches once we connect; after that, I’d like to review one preliminary concept, one round of revisions, and then the final production-ready files.
