Experienced Industrial Designer - Custom Inflatable Consumer Product (Must Be Extremely Stable, Lightweight & Durable) - Full Tech Pack Required

Project Description:
I’m seeking an experienced industrial/product designer who has successfully designed high-stability, lightweight, and durable inflatable products (examples: inflatable furniture, sports equipment, high-load pool inflatables, etc.).
This new consumer product must meet three non-negotiable performance requirements:
1. Solid stability when inflated and under load (no tipping, no sway, no collapse)
2. Very lightweight and compact when deflated and carried
3. Exceptionally durable, puncture-resistant, and built for heavy daily use
The selected designer will take the project from early concept refinement to a complete, factory-ready tech pack.

Scope of Work (Design + Tech Pack Only — Manufacturing Is Already Handled):
• Refine my existing design draft(shared after a quick NDA)
• Deliver 3–5 concept options with clean, photo-realistic 3D renders
• Produce a fully engineered 3D CAD model (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Rhino)
• Provide a complete, production-ready tech pack including:
o Precise 2D technical flats with all dimensions + tolerances
o Material specifications (PVC/TPU thickness, drop-stitch, reinforcements, etc.)
o Structural design elements: baffles, chamber layout, load-bearing reinforcement, valve placement
o BOM: fabric, webbing, stitching, hardware, etc.
o Welding/sewing specifications optimized for durability
o Folded size, packed weight, and storage optimization
o Inflation/deflation details and safety notes
o Colorways + artwork files (if needed)
• All source files, full tech pack, and print-ready PDFs

Required Experience (Please do not apply unless you meet these criteria):
• Portfolio showing real shipped inflatable products (not just renders)
• Demonstrated expertise in stability engineering for inflatables
(baffles, internal chamber design, pressure distribution, anti-tip geometry)
• Strong understanding of lightweight, durable materials (PVC / TPU / drop-stitch)
• Previous tech packs successfully used by factories in China or Vietnam
• Familiarity with relevant consumer safety considerations
