Project Description:
I need a precise manufacturing-ready 3D CAD model (STEP + DXF + PDF) for a double-wall enclosure with an inner and outer shell and a silicone base.
All design parameters, tolerances, and dimensions are defined in an attached Tech Pack (confidential).
The product’s purpose and final application are not disclosed for confidentiality reasons. It is an acoustic or protective enclosure for a consumer appliance — exact function will be clarified after NDA (if required).
The design involves:
• Two nested shells (outer + inner) with a constant air gap
• A silicone base ring with dual grooves for press-fit assembly
• Two small silicone tie-strips connecting inner and outer shells internally
Budget: €100 – €150 (fixed)
Deadline: 5 days
Please confirm that you:
• Have experience creating manufacturing-ready STEP files (not only visual renders).
• Understand thermoforming, silicone molding, and DFM.
• Can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if required.
