Custom Camera Case CAD Design

Job ID: 40259889

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I am looking for a precise, print-ready CAD model for a protective case or "shell" that fits my Panasonic LK-RQ334 digital camera. Due to the camera's design, I think the best approach is to design the case in two halves, securing the front and back of the camera. This way I can slide the body in and out easily, then screw, snap, or clip the two halves together without stressing the TPU95A material I will be printing with.

The finished design must leave clear, uninterrupted openings for:
• Zoom lens and flash element on the front
• Mode dial on the topc
• Physical buttons and LCD screen on the back
• Battery compartment door and mounting thread on the bottom
• Media slot (floppy disk) on the right
• DC/AV ports on the back and left

I also want a slight grip texture molded into the exterior and a single cold-shoe mounting point centred on the top half for a small mic or light. Internal geometry should maintain at least 0.4 mm clearance around the camera body to account for TPU flex and printer tolerance. I think wall thickness should be 4mm (clean multiple of my 0.4mm nozzle size) but do let me know your thoughts!

Deliverables
• Native, fully-parametric CAD file (Fusion 360 preferred)
• STEP file for universal import
• Watertight STL tuned for 0.2 mm layer height, 0.4 mm nozzle
• Short text file noting intended fasteners/clips and recommended print orientation

I’ll print each draft and supply fitment photos; we’ll iterate until every control and door operates smoothly and the shell snaps together without deformation.

Thank you for your time!
