Custom 3D CAD Model Development

I need a clean, fully-editable 3D CAD model—no 2D drawings or render-only work, just the actual solid model. I will supply sketches, reference photos, and key dimensions; you translate them into a precise, watertight file that I can take straight into prototyping or further engineering.

Preferred tools are SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or a comparable parametric package, as long as the final file can also be exported to STEP and STL without geometry issues.

Acceptance criteria
• Model reflects all supplied dimensions and features accurately
• Parametric history is preserved so I can tweak dimensions later
• Files delivered in native format plus STEP and STL
• No open surfaces or mesh errors when imported into standard CAM software
