Custom BMW E30 Dashboard CAD Design

Hello,

I’m looking for a CAD designer with automotive interior experience to design a dashboard housing for a BMW E30 sedan.

The part will be manufactured in ABS thermoforming, so the design must be suitable for that process.

The housing must integrate:
• Alpine iLX-207 (7” screen)
• RestomodAir Elevate A/C control panel (push-button)
• OEM BMW switches (windows / locks)

Design requirements:
• OEM-style geometry (smooth radii, no sharp edges)
• Black matte finish (OEM BMW look)
• No visible screws
• Mounting points aligned with original dashboard structure
• Space behind for wiring and compact HVAC module

Deliverables required:
• 3D CAD file (STEP / IGES / SolidWorks)
• Basic dimensioned drawings
• Design suitable for ABS thermoforming
