Create Accurate PCB Outline + Mounting Hole Measurements and STEP File from Existing PCB
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have an existing physical PCB and need a mechanical-accurate reproduction of its outline, mounting hole positions, diameters, and any keep-out areas required for fitting into a plastic enclosure.
Your task is to measure the PCB precisely (±0.1 mm accuracy), generate the correct hole coordinates, and provide CAD files that I can import into Altium/KiCad.
Deliverables:
PCB outline drawing with exact dimensions
Mounting hole positions (X/Y coordinates) and diameters
Any relevant mechanical keep-out zones
STEP file of the PCB outline + holes
Optional: DXF for import into PCB design software
Requirements:
Experience with mechanical CAD (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Inventor)
Experience with PCB–enclosure integration
Ability to work from physical PCB (manual calipers or 3D scanner acceptable)
Accuracy ±0.1 mm
Fast turnaround
I’ll review the model for function and assembly, request 2-3 small revision round if needed, and then green-light the files.
