Create Accurate 3D CAD Model of TT Smartkey Lockbox for Manufacturer Integration

We require a precise 3D model of the TT Smartkey Lockbox to be created based on provided reference images and measurements.

The 3D model will be used by a manufacturer to reserve an exact installation space on our custom product. This model must reflect real-world dimensions, key features, and include basic recess logic for partial flush mounting.

Scope of Work:
Create a dimensionally accurate 3D CAD model of the lockbox enclosure

Reflect key elements:
Rounded outer edges
Rear mounting holes
Front faceplate (with partial recess logic – door clearance)
Show recess area for semi-flush install
No internal wiring or mechanical parts required – exterior detail only
Based entirely on photos + measurements provided (see attachment)

Deliverables:

STP / STEP file

Model must be scaled 1:1 in mm

Reference photos of the actual lockbox
Recess requirement explanation

What We’re Looking For:

Product design or mechanical engineering background
Experience with enclosure/CAD modelling
Clear communication + ability to deliver as soon as possible
