Convert Sketches to STL & CNC
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a set of product concepts sketched by hand and now need them turned into clean, watertight 3D geometry that I can send straight to the printer and the shop floor. The priority format for the printed version is STL, and I also want a CNC-friendly file (STEP or similar) generated from the same model so the machinist can begin tool-path programming without additional prep.
The sketches should not be altered or embellished—please translate them exactly as drawn, just making sure they meet standard manufacturability checks: correct scale, unified normals, no non-manifold edges and sensible wall thickness where applicable. I’ll provide scanned PDFs and key dimensions on award; you return:
• Print-ready STL for each part
• Matching CNC/STEP (or equivalent) model
If you work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Rhino that’s perfect, but any professional CAD package is fine so long as the exports open flawlessly on my end. Let me know how soon you can turn this around and attach a couple of similar conversion projects so I can gauge fit.
