Convert STL Scans to STEP

I have a set of 3D mesh STL scans that now need to become fully watertight, editable solids for manufacturing. The end result must be a high-detail STEP file that opens cleanly in Fusion 360 without faceting or faulty surfaces, so I can move straight into CAM and tool-path generation.

The models were captured with enough resolution to preserve small radii, fillets, and recessed details, and I need every one of those features carried across—no smoothing that alters dimensions. Please rebuild the geometry as true solids, not surface bodies stitched together, and verify that all faces pass Fusion 360’s “Validate” check.

Deliverables:
• One high-integrity .step file per scan, fully solid and ready for machining
• A quick screen recording or screenshots proving each file passes validation in Fusion 360
