Convert STL to CAD
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I will provide you with an existing STL model that now needs to become a clean, fully editable CAD file for 3D printing. Only light tweaking is required—think small fillets, slight dimension fixes, or similar “minor adjustments” while keeping the overall design intact.
Because the file will go straight into a slicer, accuracy matters. Please rebuild the geometry so it opens error-free and is easy for me to edit later. I’m flexible on the final format; STEP, DWG, or DXF are all acceptable as long as the result is watertight and parametric.
Deliverables
• Native CAD file with an organized feature tree
• Exported STEP (plus DWG/DXF if convenient) ready for slicing
• Brief notes on the changes applied
Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions remain within ±0.1 mm of the STL
• No non-manifold edges or open faces when checked in Fusion 360 or Cura
