Convert 2D CAD to 3D
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a very straightforward 2-D CAD drawing that I now need as a fully-defined 3-D model. The goal is strictly manufacturing, so dimensional accuracy matters more than flashy rendering. I work in Fusion 360, but I’m happy receiving the final geometry as a clean, orientation-correct STEP file that drops straight into my workspace.
You’ll start from my existing 2-D views (DXF/DWG) and recreate the part in three dimensions, matching every size, hole, and feature exactly. No complex surfacing or assemblies are involved—just one basic component that has to be true to the print.
Deliverable:
• Finished 3-D model supplied as a STEP file ready for Fusion 360 import.
Once I check the key dimensions inside Fusion 360 and see it opens without errors, the job is done. If that sounds clear, let’s get it moving.
