Consumer Product Final Design

I’m ready to move a small, handheld consumer product from late-stage concept to a production-ready design. The core electronics are already handled—I need the enclosure and user-facing details taken to a polished, manufacturable state.

Scope
• Refine existing sketches and dimensions into a clean 3D CAD model (STEP or SolidWorks).
• Produce basic 2D drawings with critical tolerances for straightforward injection-moulding or 3-axis machining.
• Supply two or three simple renders for presentation and marketing previews.

Key points
• Product design for everyday consumer use.
• Final design stage only—no electronics or firmware work required.
• Maximum overall size: 40 × 40 × 10 mm.
• Favour common, readily sourced materials.

Deliverables
1. Editable CAD files.
2. Manufacturing drawings (PDF + native format).
3. High-resolution renders.
4. Add hunges and magnetic lock
5. Make as small as possible, when Airpods pro 3 fit

Timeline: one week from hire.
