Comprehensive Pool Engineering Drawings

I have an existing in-ground pool that now needs a full, permit-ready documentation package so I can satisfy my local building department. The scope is threefold:

• Structural drawings that clearly detail the pool walls, foundation, and all reinforcement.
• Electrical diagrams covering every lighting point, the pumping system, and the heating equipment.
• Complete plumbing schematics for circulation, filtration, and return lines.

Each sheet must be sealed by the appropriate licensed engineer so the set is immediately acceptable to the authorities having jurisdiction. Please prepare the work in CAD (DWG) and provide final PDFs. I’ll review once, send any red-line comments, and then look for a stamped revision ready for submission.
