Complex Industrial Silicone Mold

I need a silicone mold designer for industrial production runs that will be used to cast plastic/resin parts. The piece we’re molding has intricate, highly detailed geometry, so cavity accuracy and a professional understanding of draft angles, venting, and gating are critical.
I will provide sketches and overall dimensions; and sometimes even the product in a different material. You will help translate them into a production-ready mold along with any assembly drawings or manufacturing notes a tool-maker would require. Your experience with complex detail reproduction in silicone, plus prior work on industrial plastic components, will be a strong advantage.
Deliverables
• Final 3D CAD files of the mold halves
• Exploded view or section drawing showing gating, vents, and alignment keys
• Manufacturing guide highlighting shore hardness, recommended curing parameters, and release agent
