Complete Welding Table Design Package
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a fully engineered welding table design that I can push straight into production. The job covers both detailed 2D fabrication drawings and a fully parametric 3D model showing the complete assembly—every plate, fastener, and accessory accounted for.
Core requirements
• The 3D package must include the full assembly with all parts, not just a simplified skeleton.
• The table must feature integrated height adjustment, fixture mounts, and a built-in channel or plenum ready for a fume extraction system.
• A clean Bill of Materials and a separate Bill of Quantities are expected so my purchasing team can cost the build immediately.
Deliverables
1. 2D fabrication drawings (DXF/DWG + PDF) with weld symbols, cut lengths, hole schedules, and critical tolerances.
2. Native 3D model (SolidWorks, Inventor, or STEP) showing the full assembly, sub-assemblies, and exploded view.
3. Consolidated BOM/BOQ in Excel, complete with material specs, grades, and weights.
4. A brief design note justifying load capacity and the adjustment mechanism.
Acceptance
I’ll consider the work complete once I can open every file, cross-check part counts between the model and the BOM, and see the height-adjust system, fixture slots, and fume-extraction routing clearly detailed.
