Complete Residential CAD Blueprints

I have a rough floor-plan sketch for a residential project in the 2,000–5,000 sq ft range and need it transformed into a permit-ready construction set. The first step is refining the layout—confirming dimensions, wall thicknesses, stair runs, window placements, and any code-driven adjustments. Once the layout is locked, I’ll need a full CAD drawing with the level of detail expected for architectural submission.

Please be comfortable working in AutoCAD or Revit and prepared to deliver:

• An editable DWG or RVT file
• A print-ready PDF set on 24" × 36" sheets that includes floor plans, elevations, sections, door & window schedules, and a basic electrical/lighting overlay
