I am launching my own fitness brand in India and need an experienced product developer to turn my vision for a full range of commercial-grade strength machines into build-ready reality. Every piece must meet the demands of professional bodybuilders, so rock-solid frames, flawless biomechanics and premium finishes are non-negotiable.
I will share rough sketches, inspirational photos and target specifications; you will refine them into cohesive, manufacture-ready designs. Expect to handle everything from ergonomics and load calculations through to aesthetic detailing, material selection and safety compliance for the Indian market.
Please be comfortable working in SolidWorks or a comparable 3D CAD platform, running basic FEA to validate stress points, and preparing drawings that local fabricators can follow without ambiguity.
Deliverables
• 3D CAD models for each machine in the line
• Detailed manufacturing drawings with tolerances, weld symbols and surface treatments
• Exploded views and bills of materials for sourcing
• Assembly instructions and maintenance guidelines
• A short report summarising safety standards considered and test loads applied
I value clear communication and iterative reviews; plan on a few design loops so we can perfect feel and function before we freeze the final geometry. If you have already engineered plate-loaded or pin-selectorised equipment—and can demonstrate prototypes or finished units—that will weigh heavily in your favour.
