Fitout of a commercial floor in london We need to progress the block sketches for an existing building called Drapers Court (3rd & 4th floors ) into a detailed, construction-ready layout package. Drapers court drawings attached however we are not doing apartments instead we are doing commercial fitout CAT B
As an example of what we shall need is by applying the Regus corporate matrix directly onto these hollowed-out floors. attached is an example of the regus fitout to be applied to the Drapers court area . the freelancer will produce a detailed CAD layout package including the following specific drawings: Detailed General Arrangement (GA) Plan (Scale 1:50 or 1:100):Show precise dimensions for all proposed Regus P1 acoustic drywall partitions and P2 glazed storefront sections. Maintain the existing structural core, main stairwell corridors, and the complete existing toilet/bathroom banks exactly as they are. Map out the exact positioning of all high-density workstations (bench desks), task chairs, and breakout furniture zones to verify exact clearances. and maybe a few meeting rooms Please issue the final files in both editable DWG (CAD) format and scaled PDF sets
