Civil Site Development Plans

I’m assembling a complete set of civil drawings for a brand-new construction project and need a specialist who can take the site from concept to permit-ready documentation. The focus is a thorough Site Development Plan package that clearly shows:

• Utility layout – water, sewer, power, communications, and any service stubs
• Landscaping plan – planting schedule, hardscape notes, and soil preparation details
• Drainage system – grading, stormwater routing, detention/retention, and tie-ins to public infrastructure

Please prepare all drawings in CAD (DWG) with matching, print-ready PDFs. I will supply the survey and architectural footprint; you bring the civil expertise, layer standards, and local code compliance. Deliverables should include any supporting calculations (cut-fill, runoff) and be organized so they can go straight to my engineer of record for stamping.

I’ll review at 30%, 60%, and 90% completion and return consolidated comments; timely revisions are part of the scope. If you routinely work in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar and have experience packaging civil sets for municipal approval, I’d like to see examples of previous site plans you’ve produced.
