Chilled Water Beer Bottle Rotator
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a compact, horizontal rotator that can sit inside a chilled-water bath and spin between one standard beer bottle at roughly 100 RPM. The sole aim is to cool every bottle as evenly and as quickly as possible; no mixing, no display features—just efficient, uniform chilling.
The unit should be simple to load and unload, fully submersible except for the drive end, and robust enough for continuous operation during tastings and trials. Please size the motor, bearings, seals and any gearing or belt reduction so the set speed is reached without excessive vibration. Materials that can withstand constant contact with cold water and cleaning chemicals are essential.
For hand-off I’ll need:
• 3D CAD files and assembly drawings suitable for machining or 3-D printing
• A concise bill of materials with readily available components
• Electrical specs (motor, controller or PSU, IP rating) and any wiring diagram
• Brief notes on expected cooling performance or assumptions used in the design
If you have prior experience designing submerged or food-grade rotary equipment, feel free to reference it when you respond—this will help me move quickly into prototyping.
