Chemical Plant Piping Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m moving a new chemical-processing unit from conceptual sketches into the design phase and need an experienced industrial piping designer who knows the nuances of chemical plants. You’ll take my current P&IDs, equipment layout and design criteria and turn them into a coordinated piping model and drawing package that a construction crew can confidently follow.
The job centres on routing process, utility and drain lines through a congested production area while observing ASME codes, corrosion allowances and the material standards typical for aggressive chemical service. Expect to interface with me for line-class confirmation, valve selections and space-management decisions as the model evolves.
Deliverables I’m looking for
• 3D piping model (Plant 3D, E3D or equivalent) tied to my equipment GA
• Plan and elevation drawings with dimensioned pipe runs and tie-ins
• Isometric drawings with automated bill of materials
• Preliminary support locations and loads flagged for structural review
• A clean, numbered line list updated to match the final model
