Charcoal BBQ Grill CAD Design

I’m ready to move from sketches to a full CAD model for a backyard-friendly charcoal grill. I have the basic concept, aesthetic references, and preferred materials; what I need now is a designer who can translate those ideas into precise 3D geometry and production-ready drawings.

The grill will live outdoors year-round, so thoughtful airflow, an easy-clean ash solution, and durable sheet-metal thicknesses are important. Overall footprint should feel comfortable on a typical patio—neither ultra-compact nor commercial-sized—but I’m happy to fine-tune exact dimensions with you once we start.

I work mainly with local fabricators who prefer SolidWorks or Fusion 360 files, but STEP and DXF outputs are fine as well. Please make sure all hinged or moving parts are fully articulated in the model so I can run a motion check before prototyping.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Fully parametric 3D model (native CAD + STEP)
• Dimensioned fabrication drawings (PDF/DWG)
• Basic exploded view with a parts list for sourcing
