Carlson Land Survey CAD Drafter -- 2

I need a seasoned Carlson Survey user who can drop straight into my workflow and turn rough field linework into clean, plot-ready drawings. Every assignment arrives as a DWG plus a packet of field notes, existing CAD files, and hand sketches/diagrams. You will:
• scrub and adjust the raw linework
• interpret deeds and sketches accurately
• place every element on the correct template layer, text style, and symbol block
• deliver a final Carlson-native DWG and a Word file containing the finished boundary legal description
The work spans boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking, and the output must be precise enough for immediate construction planning. Perfection on lineweights, annotation, and sheet setup is mandatory.
