Car Amplifier Rack CAD Design

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have six Brax RX2 amplifiers, one Brax DSP, several small electronic accessories and a pair of secondary batteries that all need to live together in a single, cohesive rack inside my vehicle. What I’m after is a complete CAD design that shows exactly how every piece will mount - actual size of each amplifier is 310mm x 200mm x 56 mm

Material preference
The structure must be a wood frame with acrylic highlights.

Design priorities
Aesthetics come first. Smooth lines, balanced symmetry around the six identical amps, a tasteful reveal for the DSP, plus discreet compartments or channels for the accessories and batteries so no loose wires are visible once the rack is in place. At the same time, I still need adequate ventilation clearances and service access, so hinges, removable panels or smart fasteners are welcome.

Im thinking 6 stepped amplifiers facing rear - this will create space for a battery under the stepped structure and dsp can be built facing forward. Cables and fuses can run in between the amplifiers

Deliverables
• 3D CAD model (STEP or SolidWorks native) with all components correctly placed
• 2D fabrication drawings including cut lists for the wood panels and acrylic accents
• Rendered views or screenshots that show the final look and lighting paths
• Exploded view or assembly guide so my installer can build it exactly as drawn

If you have experience designing car-audio enclosures or furniture-grade installations and can think through cable management, cooling, and vibration isolation in CAD, this job should be right in your wheelhouse.
