California Truss Detailing & Stamping
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a California-licensed professional who can turn my architectural roof layout into a permit-ready truss package and place their stamp on it. The job covers every step from translating the architect’s plan into precise truss drawings through to delivering a signed calculation set that the local building department will accept.
Here’s what I expect:
• Layouts, member sizing, connection details, reactions, and a concise calculation booklet—all aligned with the current California Building Code and any local amendments the authority having jurisdiction may flag.
• PDF sheets for immediate permit submission plus the source CAD (DWG) files so my architect can layer them into the master plan set.
• Your California stamp and signature on both the drawings and the calc package.
If you typically work with proprietary truss software (MiTek, Alpine, etc.) let me know; otherwise standard CAD is fine. Turnaround is flexible but I’d like to get the first draft in a week so the project stays on its track to permitting.
Send over a brief note on similar California projects you’ve stamped, the software you’ll use, and your availability. Looking forward to collaborating and moving this roof system toward approval.
