CNC Prototype Brass 3D Models

Job ID: 40434561

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need a set of clean, production-ready 3D models that I can upload straight to JLCNC’s platform for machining. The models are for functional prototypes, not decorative pieces, and they will be cut from brass. Good chip-evacuation geometry, sensible tool paths, and radii that suit standard end-mills will help keep the quote realistic, though I’m open to the occasional fillet tweak if you see a clear benefit. Aluminium or steel guidelines are easy to find, but I’m counting on your experience to balance wall thickness, minimum feature size, and engraving depth specifically for brass so the parts come off the mill without chatter marks or burr-prone edges.

You’re free to model in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or any other package that exports reliable STEP files—just be sure the exported files import cleanly on my side.

Deliverables
• Final STEP files ready for upload
• Reference STL for quick visual checks
• A simple 2D PDF drawing per part showing critical dimensions and tolerances (±0.05 mm unless noted)

I’ll review each part by loading it into the JLCNC quote tool; if it passes their automatic DFM check and the geometry matches the drawing, we’re good to go.
