CNC Precision Metal Disc Design

I need a detailed CNC-ready design for a small metal disc that will act as a machine part inside one of our assemblies. The core requirement is precision: the profile, hole pattern, and thickness all have to meet tight tolerances so the disc drops straight into an existing housing with no post-machining tweaks.

Here is what I am expecting from you:

• A fully dimensioned 3D CAD model (STEP or IGES)
• Manufacturing drawings with critical tolerances called out
• CAM data or G-code that can run on a standard 3-axis mill or lathe

Material, cutter, and setup suggestions are welcome as long as they support repeatable accuracy. Surface finish is less important than getting the dimensions perfect, but feel free to recommend tweaks that could improve both if it doesn’t compromise precision.

Please outline any similar high-tolerance metal work you have completed and tell me which CAD/CAM tools you intend to use so I know we can swap files smoothly.
