CNC Magnetic Housing Design

I need a precise 3D model and fully-annotated manufacturing drawings for a two-part mild-steel housing that will hold a voice-coil magnet assembly.

Part 1 – Bottom Cup Yoke
• Single piece, mild steel
• Integrated central pole Ø19 mm, at least 40 mm tall
• Cup-style outer return wall, 10 mm thick

Part 2 – Top Plate
• Thick steel plate with a central hole sized so the pole has a 0.5–1.0 mm radial air gap on every side, creating the required annular gap for the magnetic circuit

Deliverables
• STEP file of the complete assembly and both individual parts
• 2D drawings of each part and an assembly section view with detailed dimensions, GD&T call-outs and tolerance notes (no surface treatments required)
• Clear indication of the air-gap dimension in the section view

Please keep all corner radii, chamfers and machining features practical for standard CNC milling/turning. No formal ISO or client-specific standards need to be referenced; simply follow good machining practice so the files are shop-ready.

A quick turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy comes first—double-check that the top plate’s hole size meets the stated gap before handing over the files.
