CFD Simulation for Stress Optimization
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a complete computational fluid dynamics (CFD) study carried out on a mechanical component that is currently in development. The purpose of the simulation is two-fold:
• Identifying stress points
• Optimizing material usage
I will supply the native 3D CAD model and any operating boundary conditions I already have. From you I expect mesh generation, solver set-up, convergence checks, post-processing, and a concise engineering report featuring colour-contoured plots, numerical results, and clear recommendations on where material can be removed or reinforced.
Please highlight your direct CFD experience on similar projects when you apply; a brief note on the software you plan to use (ANSYS Fluent, Star-CCM+, OpenFOAM, etc.) and the typical turnaround you can achieve will help me decide quickly.
