3D CAD for Medical Device

I need a detailed 3D CAD model of a new medical device that will ultimately be manufactured for real-world clinical use. The focus is strictly product design: an accurate exterior, thoughtful internal mounting points, and ergonomics that meet medical-grade standards.

Once we begin, I will share hand sketches, key dimensions, and reference photos so you can translate the concept into a fully parametric model. Please keep the feature tree clean and editable for future iterations.

Deliverables
• Native CAD file in SolidWorks or Fusion 360
• STEP and STL exports suitable for rapid prototyping
• 2–3 high-resolution renders showing overall form, key details, and assembly views

Acceptance criteria
• All critical dimensions within ±0.1 mm of the specification sheet
• Surfaces ready for injection-molding (no undercuts unless flagged)
• Model passes basic interference and draft-angle checks inside the CAD software

That’s the entire scope—once the final files meet these points, the project is complete.
