3D CAD Wheel Prototype

I'm seeking a skilled 3D CAD designer to ultimately get it 3d printed so if you have other qualifications that aren’t CAd and your still able to make 3d drawing for 3d printing please reach out it’s to create a prototype drawing of a plastic wheelie bin wheel that keeps the original spring loaded pin that locks to axel for a household wheelie bin. But larger hub for a bigger tyre the hub has to have a 55mm spout that connect to the axel so the bigger wheels don’t scrub on the bin
