3D CAD Water Bottle Design

I’m building water bottle startup and need a production-ready 3D CAD model that captures two key features: a truly leak-proof closure and clearly readable measurement markings along the body. The design has to be optimized for plastic blow molding, so wall thickness, draft angles, living hinges or threads, and any ribs for strength all need to be thought through up-front.

You’ll start from a rough sketch and a short specification sheet I’ll share once we kick off. From there, I’d like you to iterate with me until the geometry is ready for prototyping—ideally we can plug the files straight into a 3D printer or send them to a mold maker without additional cleanup.

Deliverables
• Native, fully-parametric 3D CAD file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or similar)
• Neutral STEP file for manufacturers
• Simple exploded view or section view highlighting the sealing interface
• High-resolution renderings for our pitch deck (optional but appreciated)
