3D CAD Sprayer Trigger Design

Job ID: 40549490

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m starting from a clean slate and need a full 3-D CAD model of a large (5 cm or more) metal button trigger that will sit on a handheld paint sprayer. At this point I only have the concept in mind—no prior sketches or geometry—so I’m relying on you to shape the ergonomics, mounting features, and functional clearances that make a trigger both comfortable and durable.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A complete parametric model created in a mainstream CAD package (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) that I can edit later if minor tweaks are required.
• Exported STEP and STL files ready for machining or rapid-prototype testing.
• An exploded view or simple assembly drawing that shows how the trigger interfaces with the sprayer frame and return spring.

We’ll start with a quick call where I’ll share photographs, rough dimensions, and any performance constraints such as spring force or travel distance. Once the initial model is ready, I’d like a short revision window where small ergonomic or clearance tweaks can be done before final release of files.

If you have experience modelling metal parts, designing for CNC or die-casting, and you’re comfortable thinking through tolerances for a part people press thousands of times per job, let’s talk.
