CAD Redesign for Modern Bathrooms

I'm seeking a skilled CAD designer to help redesign 3 to 5 bathrooms in my 60-year-old house. I have the current measurements and a hand-drawn sketch of the layout. I need assistance converting these sketches into detailed CAD drawings, accurately placing various elements to scale, including windows, lights, toilets, sinks, showers, and more. The design should be modern yet functional.

Key Requirements:
- Convert hand-drawn sketches to CAD drawings with precise scaling.
- Include plumbing fixtures (toilet, sink, shower), electrical fixtures (lights, outlets), and interior details (toilet paper holder, towel racks).
- Incorporate exhaust fan, window details, fan in toilet, floor and wall tiling/stone ideas, and a glass partition without a door for the shower area.
- Ensure detailed placement of elements like shower mixer, spout, and toilet paper holder for optimal functionality.
- Provide final outputs as both a CAD file and a matching PDF file.
- Quote on a per bathroom basis.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software for detailed bathroom design.
- Experience with modern, functional design styles.
- Familiarity with bathroom fixture and fitting brands, especially Jaguar, Cera, or similar.
