CAD Professional for CNC Bending Development

CNC Bending Development – CAD Expert Required
We are looking for an experienced CAD professional to create CNC bending development files from an existing solid model.
Scope of Work: Input: Solid model (STEP or equivalent) of a fabricated sheet-metal component.
Tasks:
Review and interpret the provided model.
Rebuild the part for accurate CNC bending development.
Apply correct flattening logic with proper bend allowance/bend deduction.
Generate a clean, CNC-ready flat pattern.
Output: Development file in DXF or required native CAD format.
Required Expertise: Proven experience in sheet-metal modeling and CNC bending development.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar CAD tools.
Strong understanding of K-factor, bend deduction, and material-based behavior.
Ability to handle complex geometries and generate accurate flat patterns.
Deliverables: Rebuilt/optimized sheet-metal CAD model.
Flattened DXF (or equivalent) with bend lines/annotations if required.
Optional: Verification PDF drawing.
