CAD Model of Trolley Chassis

I'm looking for a professional CAD designer to create a STEP file of my trolley chassis. I have rough sketches available, but you'll need to translate these into a high-detail CAD model.

Requirements:
- High detail: include all components and assemblies
- Proficient in creating STEP files
- Ability to work from rough sketches
