CAD Files Organization & BOM Creation for Mechanical Prototype
Budget: $650 – $800 USD
Clean up and organize messy/incomplete CAD files for an automated napkin folding machine prototype. Files are currently in poor condition from previous work (large disorganized folder/zip with broken references, inconsistent naming, and incomplete data).
Deliverables required:
- Reorganized project by component types (assemblies, sub-assemblies, parts)
- Consistent naming convention and clean folder structure
- Fixed broken references and assemblies
- Accurate, complete Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel
- Organized final package + STEP files ready for manufacturer quoting and DFM feedback
What I will provide: Access to the current files + any reference sketches or photos available.
Goal: Clean, reliable files that can go straight to manufacturers without further cleanup or rework.
