3D CAD Face Shield Components

I need production-ready 3D CAD models for every plastic element of a reusable face shield: the headband, the visor, and the chin guard. I do not yet have exact measurements, so I’m counting on you to propose practical dimensions that suit a typical adult wearer and allow for straightforward mass-manufacturing or 3-D printing.

I’m flexible on file type—STL, STEP, IGES, or whichever format you feel is best for tooling and rapid-prototyping—just let me know what you plan to deliver so I can clear it with the manufacturer in advance.

Please create the parts as fully parametric models so minor sizing tweaks are easy later. Surfaces should be clean, draft-ready, and free of non-manifold geometry. If you spot ergonomic or assembly improvements along the way, feel free to suggest them.

Deliverables
• Parametric 3D models of the headband, visor, and chin guard
• Exported manufacturing files in the agreed format
• A brief PDF drawing or screenshot set that shows key dimensions and assembly fit

I’ll consider the job complete when the files open flawlessly in our CAM software and the dimensions match the spec sheet you provide.
