CAD Expert – Optimize Pivot Point for Folding Agricultural Machinery Frame (STP File Provided)

I need an experienced CAD designer with strong knowledge of agricultural machinery (folding frames, booms, trailed equipment, etc.) to optimize the pivot point of a folding frame.
Project Details:
I have a 3D model of an agricultural machine (imported from STP file). The model consists of:

Yellow = Main frame (fixed)
Blue = Additional fixed component
Red = Folding frame (this part must move)
Green = Hydraulic folding cylinder

Task:
The red folding frame should move similarly to the reference video (see folding motion from 0:08 to 0:15):

You should:

Create a proper revolute / hinge joint (or equivalent in your CAD system) between the yellow main frame and the red folding frame.
Find and optimize the pivot point (ideally located near the green hydraulic cylinder) so the red frame folds upward and inward smoothly into a compact transport position.
Make the pivot easily adjustable so I can test different positions quickly.
Integrate the green hydraulic cylinder with proper joints/mates to simulate the full folding motion.
Ensure good mechanical leverage, realistic kinematics, and no collisions with the blue fixed part.
Deliver the final model with clear documentation of the best pivot location and parameters.

Important:

You can use any CAD software you are comfortable with (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Inventor, Onshape, Creo, etc.). The source file is STP, so compatibility is not an issue.
I prefer a parametric and easy-to-understand solution.

Requirements:

Strong experience with kinematic mechanisms and folding agricultural equipment
Clean modeling and professional assembly/joint setup
Ability to explain the solution clearly (I am not a full-time designer)
