We are a growing design team focused on developing small-scale mechanical products, including fishing accessories such as jigs. We are looking for skilled 3D designers who can bring ideas to life through accurate and manufacturable CAD models.

Role Overview

We are seeking a 3D Mechanical Designer with hands-on experience in CAD tools to create detailed 3D models for small products. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with design concepts and converting them into production-ready models.

Responsibilities:
* Create 3D models using CAD software (Autodesk Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar)
* Develop designs suitable for manufacturing (casting, 3D printing, etc.)
* Modify and improve existing designs based on feedback
* Generate basic technical drawings when required
* Ensure accuracy, dimensions, and functionality of designs

Requirements:
* Experience in 3D CAD modeling (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
* Understanding of basic mechanical design principles
* Ability to design small components/products
* Attention to detail and precision
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Nice to Have)
* Experience designing fishing products (like jigs, lures, or small hardware)
* Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
* Basic understanding of product development
