CAD Designer for SmartBox Ultra+

I’m looking for a skilled CAD designer to help bring my product — SmartBox Ultra+ — into production-ready CAD format.

This is a premium radiation-free wireless charging box for teens, combining safe sleep with modern connectivity. I’ve already developed 3D renders, a logo, internal layout mockups, sketches, and a full spec brief.

What I need from you:

Final CAD models in STEP or IGES format

Exploded view with labeled parts

Dimensioned technical drawings for manufacturing

Internal layout: Proper fit for phone, smartwatch, earbuds, charging modules, and electronics

Wall thickness, PCB mount positions, and assembly logic

Placement for:

Qi wireless charger

Speaker and vents

USB-C port

UV-C LEDs

Digital display

Buttons (answer/emergency)

EMF shielding liner

Maintain aesthetic and dimensions per brief — Apple-style, sleek, modern, and warm wood + matte black plastic


This is a functional wellness-tech product, and I want to proceed with manufacturing and certification after this phase.
