CAD Designer for Mesh to Solid Conversion

I need an experienced CAD designer to modify the format of a CAD model I have created with 2 components on it. It is currently a 3D mesh model which I created from a parametric model I made from a scan of my prototype (STL) and then creating sketches and lofting it. The problem was the surface was not smooth so I had to create a mesh model so I could smooth the surface and 3d print.

My tooling designer has now asked for this as a 3D solid model not a mesh model. The parametric I have created does not have a smooth surface hence the need for me to create the mesh model.

My tooling designer says they can not work with a mesh model. I need an experienced CAD modeller to take my mesh model and transform it to a 3D solid model please in a STEP format so can be used for tooling design. I own all of the IP and created the original model. Tolerance needs to be 0.1mm to the mesh model. I need it doing within 2-3 days.

I can send the STEP file under a confidential agreement for you to assess and quote. However the file consists of two rubber components each one about 8 cm by 5cm by 2cm and they are organic shapes so needs careful construction. For example imagine the shape of a leaf folded into a cup shape and with varying thickness.

After the original work I may require further updates.
