CAD Design for 3D Printed Portlights

I need a CAD file for 3D printing new portlights for my 1975 O'Day 27 sailboat. And if possible, do the 3-D printing. The San Diego area is best to avoid shipping the delicate parts.

Requirements:
- Use complete, intact sample frame for measurements
- Include exact dimensions in CAD file
- Designed for 3D printing using PETG plastic

Ideal Skills:
