CAD Design for Plastic Tile Leveling System

We are developing a plastic tile leveling system consisting of a leveling profile and an adjustable support.

We need an experienced CAD designer to create accurate STEP files optimized for injection molding based on our technical specifications and the attached PDF technical drawing.

Deliverables:
- STEP files (units in mm)
1) CF_Profile_1200.step
2) CF_Support_Base.step
3) CF_Ratchet_Body.step
4) CF_HeadU.step

Requirements:
- Experience with plastic parts and injection molding design.
- Draft angles must be included in the model (as specified).
- Uniform wall thickness.
- Injection molding considerations applied.
- Notes included in STEP file where applicable.
- No cosmetic polishing required; focus on manufacturability.

Technical specifications:
- Profile: 1200 mm length, 30×30 section, ABS material, bubble level channel with Ø9.3 mm.
- Support: adjustable 5–120 mm height, PA6 or PP+30% talc material, proper draft and ribs.
- All files must follow standard injection molding rules.
