CAD Design Task – Toyota Coaster Pop-Top Roof
I am looking for an experienced CAD designer to create a detailed 3D model of a custom pop-top roof for my Toyota Coaster camper conversion.
I will provide 3 hand-drawn sketches that show my design concept and how I want the roof to operate. These sketches are for reference only and will need to be converted into a professional CAD model.
Scope of Work
Please create a complete 3D CAD model of the pop-top roof assembly, including:
* Roof structure.
* Side wall panels.
* Roof lifting system.
* Guide rails and tracks.
* Linear actuators (shown in their proposed locations).
* Mounting brackets and major structural components.
The design does not need engineering certification at this stage. The objective is to accurately model my concept so I can visualise it and refine the design before manufacturing.
Deliverables
Please provide:
* A complete 3D CAD model.
* Top, side, front and rear views.
* Section (cutaway) views where helpful.
* Exploded assembly view showing how all components fit together.
* Individual part drawings with dimensions.
* Bill of Materials (parts list).
* Cut list for components where applicable.
* STEP files.
* Fusion 360 project files (preferred).
* PDF drawings of the completed design.
The model should be fully editable so changes can be made as the project develops.
I will supply my sketches after accepting a designer. If anything in the drawings is unclear, please ask questions rather than making assumptions.
