CAD Conversion of Building Maps

We need six building layouts converted into CAD drawings. The maps are currently in Word or PDF format. We are a school with:
- 2 buildings with 3 floors plus attic spaces
- 1 building 3 floors
-2 buildings 2 floors
1 building 1 floor

Requirements:
- Must include fire exits layer
- Experience with CAD software
- Attention to detail

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD
- Experience with architectural drawings
- Ability to work from Word/PDF formats
