3D CAD Box Structure Model

I have a PDF that shows a simple “box structure” and I need it translated into an accurate 3-dimensional CAD model. The drawing is purely architectural, so there are no internal mechanical parts—only the exterior form, overall dimensions and any openings shown in the PDF matter.
Once complete, please send me the native file from your preferred software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks—whatever you work fastest in) along with a neutral export such as STEP or DWG so I can open it on my end. Accuracy to the PDF is the key acceptance point; if the model matches the provided drawing in shape and size, the job is done.
