BricsCAD BIM Template for Residential Use

Reusable residential BIM template system in BricsCAD

I need an experienced BricsCAD user (preferably with strong Mechanical Browser / Parametric / BIM Window experience) to create:
• Fully parametric BIM Windows and Doors (with auto-adjusting mullions/muntins, correct layers, BC_SUBTRACT cut, and library-ready blocks)
• Parametric Master Gable Truss, Master Hip Truss, and Master Floor Truss (using the 6 shared components: Top Chord, Bottom Chord, Web Members, Heel Joint, Peak Detail, Overhang/Fascia + lookouts and double-slope eave)
Deliverables:
• Completed parametric components saved as blocks in the Component Library
• A clean Truss Creation Template and Windows & Doors Creation Template
• Brief documentation or video walkthrough of how the parameters work
Budget and timeline are flexible. Please show examples of previous BricsCAD parametric windows, doors, or trusses you have built.
